Custom Coating Conditions

All epoxy finishes are tailored to your chosen texture, sheen, and color. Once materials are mixed and poured, changes cannot be made. Please:

• Double-check color codes and samples before work begins
• Confirm texture, flake type, and sheen during the pre-work brief

Damage or Incorrect Application

If something was missed or a mistake occurred, let us know within 48 hours of completion. We’ll provide:

• Immediate patching or re-coating (where needed)
• Material replacement (if applicable)
• Partial refund in rare, unresolved cases

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you want to cancel the placed order, you can do that within a 24-hour time frame. After that, the order usually cannot be cancelled.

• No charges for cancellation within 24 hours of order confirmation
• After 24 hours, cancellation charges apply depending on the materials used
• If work has started, refunds are limited to unused services only

No Refund Situations

We will, unfortunately, not be able to provide a refund if the following situations occur:

• Change of mind after work begins
• Incorrect size or finish selection by the client
• Minor shade shifts due to lighting or screen differences
• Damage caused by post-install misuse
